GM has similarly started their own customer service unit that concentrates on their online outreach across over 100 online forums. So far, the new online outreach has been very successful for both companies. Pietro Gorlier, president of Mopar brand service, parts, and customer care at Fiat-Chrysler, had a lot of praise for the online community because, as he put it, “[T]hat is where the enthusiast communities meet.”
